Cancel Private Registration

  Need to cancel my private registration for:

  thetravelingsalesbro.com

  to enable me to transfer to another Domain Registrar. I’ve tried selecting the ‘Cancel Private Registration’ several times in the domain menu, but it has yet to work. Can you please disable my private registration?
