cancel private registration

  Cant find where to cancel private registration so I can transfer the domain name.
  I have looked into all the support pages for it and there are no options under my dashboard. also when I am in the domain control panel, I click manage privacy and it just pops up domains by proxy log in. I need to transfer this domain asap.

  Hi there, it looks like another user on your site purchased the custom domain. Only that user can manage the domain upgrade, including canceling private registration.

  Please have the user who purchased the domain here at WordPress.com log into their account and go to Store > My Upgrades in the dashboard. There, they can click on “Cancel Private Registration” to cancel it.
