    I need to block the subscription renewal, but the account was cancelled over 30 days ago.
    The AI support is useless, I need to talk with a human

    I just checked your WordPress.com account and I saw no subscriptions on your @observant73e60eb509 account. If you have active subscriptions on another account, please log into that account and follow the guide below to cancel them:

    My other account is giverfearless4c9a3df708, which has been deleted, but the subscription continues to be renewed. I would like help blocking the old subscription and understanding if I can receive a refund.

    I have checked the other account “giverfearless4c9a3df708” and can confirm that the account has been deleted and there are no active subscriptions or charges.

    Can you please double check this at your end. I will recommend checking the bank statements to make sure the charges are from WordPress.com or related products.

    Charges from WordPress.com will have “WordPress” or “WPCHRG.com” listed on your billing statement. If you are unsure what this charge was for, you can search here for more information and find out why you got charged: https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ 

    Here’s a list of how WordPress.com charges may appear on your statement: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#on-your-credit-card-statement
