  I need help canceling a theme-club subscription. I can’t find it anywhere. I would love your help. I canceled my page over 2 years ago and I’m still getting billed.

  Hi there!

  Your last charge to WordPress.com was back in 2018. Also, our theme’s subscriptions are one-time payments; they do not renew every year.

  It sounds like you might have a subscription with another service?
