  I want to cancel my refund on a domain and plan. Possibly getting credit for it to start another site

  Hi,

  Once a refund has been processed, we cannot reverse or stop it. You will need to repurchase your domain/plan.

  Do you wish to repurchase that exact same domain? If so, please let us know because staff will need to assist you with doing that.
