Hello,
I saw a charge for my WordPress domain and I was sure I had deleted it but it never was and I was charged for an account that I don’t use. I want to make sure my account is deleted and a refund. I appreciate the help.

Hello, I’d be happy to help with that! You’re a bit outside the refund window, but we understand that life can happen. For security reasons, you’ll need to cancel from your account, but if you reach out once that is done and let us know, we can ensure the refund goes through.
You can set this up by going to Upgrades > Purchases, and select the plan you’d like to purchase from the list. The option to cancel will be towards the bottom of the page.
If you’d like to use the domain in the future, even on another host, I would recommend keeping that for now, as a cancelled domain can be difficult to restore. You’ll be able to connect or transfer the domain if you decide to continue with the site on another host.

Thank you I really appreciate it. I went ahead and cancelled my account. Approximately how many days would it take for the refund to come through.

You’re welcome! I can confirm that both the domain and the site plan were cancelled, and I have refunded the cost to your original payment method. You should see that return to your account in 2-5 business days.
