  have tried several times to cancel and refund my upgrade to no avail with no confirmation link being emailed to me. Not cool… ;-(

  I’ve cancelled your WordPress.com Premium upgrade and issued a $99 refund. It can take 1-2 weeks for a refund to be reflected on your account.
