Cancel renewal

  I woke up to both a renewal notice and a charge that my account was being renewed. I don’t want to renew it, I would rather close the site. I would like my money refunded. Please advise.

  I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
