Cancel renewal

  I signed up a year ago thinking I’d start my blog and never did. After taking some recent photography classes, I realized that I signed up for WordPress.com when I should have signed up for WordPress.org. So I would like to cancel my renewal which is coming up in March. Please let me know how I go about cancelling. I tried to do so in ‘manage my purchases’ but wasn’t working. Thanks!

  I would be happy to assist you in cancelling your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into cancelling the subscription purchase.

  Hello! I am super confused because the only other email I have is my photography address: (email visible only to moderators and staff) When I type that in and click “forgot password” it says that email is not recognized. I am able to log in under my personal account (email visible only to moderators and staff) which is what I am logged in as now. But the weird thing is that my renewal email was sent to (email visible only to moderators and staff) (which says there is no account for that email) so I’m really needing some assistance. Please help! :)

  I found the domain mapped to a different account than the one you are contacting us from. Try logging into the account with your photography emails and don’t use the dots between the words in the email. Gmail accepts both but our system accepts only one format. Let me know if that works.
