cancel renewal failure

    I am clicking cancel my renew subscription through the store/upgrades and it is failing to cancel the automatic renew after I have clicked confirm cancellation in the subsequent email sent to my account, any chance you can manually cancel this for me? thanks — FYI it’s due to renew tomorrow

    Hi Ben,

    After looking into your account, I found that the transaction was voided and never processed. At most it should be a pending transaction on your account that will disappear shortly. I have disabled the auto-renewal.
