  I would like to cancel the renewel for Girdlerhousehenley.com but don’t seem to be able to access the dashboard

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I would be happy to assist you in cancelling your renewal. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into cancelling the subscription renewal.

  I have no idea – the renewal email came to the email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) which is the email address concerned with the other account??

  It’s ok – I managed to eventually guess the log in and have done it myself. WordPress never makes this stuff easy – thanks for trying to help :)
