cancel site and cancel credit card

    This site was cancelled at the beginning of the year, yet you have taken the yearly fee off my credit card recently. What is the process to get a hold of someone in customer services to help me cancel my details completely with WordPress please?

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

    It seems your account jaipleaseorganiseme doesn’t have a site running on the wordpress.com platform.
    To know what a charge made by wordpress.com is about, go to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You’ll find on the same page a form to contact the Billing Team.

    I’m not seeing any WordPress.com sites on this account. Please share the address of your site so that we can investigate further. It’s possible the site is on a different account. It could also be a WordPress.org site hosted elsewhere, in which case, you’ll need to reach out to your hosting service provider.
