Cancel Subscription

    WordPress claimed that I could cancel my subscription within 30 days to receive a full refund. I just attempted to do this. I was able to cancel my ‘Premium’ subscription. However, a charge for ‘Personal Bundle’ (around $30) has NOT been refunded. The ‘Manage Purchases’ tab now gives me NO options for cancelling this subscription. Please help!

    If you upgrade from one plan to another, the first payment is not refunded automatically, only the most recent payment. I have processed a refund for the first payment as well now. You should receive the full refund amount in about 10 business days, depending on your bank.

    Thank you so much for your help! Does this mean that any future recurring payments have been cancelled as well?

  • You no longer own any upgrade, so there is nothing for which we can charge you, no.
