Cancel Subscription

    Hi, I canceled my account with wordpress a couple months ago and it says I’m being billed for $99.00 on April 24. I was wondering if you can help me cancel my subscription as well as take away the $99.00 charge. I thought my wordpress account was deleted months ago and apparently it is still active. If it is at all possible to not be charged that $99.00 I would really appreciate it. Thank you for all your help.

    Hi there,

    I see that you have canceled and refunded your Premium Upgrade last year and there is no active subscription that you can billed for under the account that you are contacting us from. Is there another account with which you have an active premium upgrade?
