I have already cancelled my subscription but I am receiving emails that leads me to believe my request has not been received, how do I verify cancellation?

Hi, I don’t see any record of any upgrades or cancellations on the account you are logged in with.
Can you log out and then log back in on the account that the upgrades were on and post back here and I can take a look for you.
