Cancel Subscription

I want to cancel my subscription as the service is not what I thought it would be. I have tried to cancel and receive a refund through the ‘Manage Subscriptions’ section, but it keeps on coming up with an error message and to contact support.
Can you please cancel my account and refund me for this subscription? I don’t wish to continue with the free trial version either.

Your account shows we sent a full refund on 18th September 2018 and there is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement but international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer to arrive.
Can you please cancel my account and refund me for this subscription? I don’t wish to continue with the free trial version either.
