  Hi there! I’m hoping for a refund on my subscription because although it was purchased over 30 days ago, my site never went live. Is this possible?

  Looking into this, I see that the most recent purchase associated with your WordPress.com user account was made five months ago. That is too far past the 30 day refund window. We cannot refund the payment.
