  Hi, unfortunately I have to cancel my business subscription. I was told in a previous chat to ‘just cancel my plan’. But I cannot find that in my profile?

  This usually happens when you have several wordpress.com accounts. As you have a paid plan, it’s very easy to restore access to your other account at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
