  Hello, I would like to cancel my subscription and the domain. It was for $180. I had to page open where I could see my purchases history but for some reason when I click it now, it shows no purchase history. I would like to cancel/refund everything. I was confused as to thinking this was a hosting site for a regular site but I see now it is specifically for wordpress.

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL of the site associated with the upgrade you are needing help with? Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
