cancel subscription

    I received a notice that I would be charge my annual subscription. I want to cancel it. I have followed the instruction to cancel but under purchases I have nothing to select in order to complete the cancellation steps. How do I ensure I am not charge the $84 in October. I do not have an active website or blog with WordPress.

    It sounds like this is perhaps with another account – is there a website mentioned along with the renewal email?

    Have you also tried logging into WordPress.com using the email address whereby the notification was sent?
