Due to my unfamiliarity with the operation, I intended to cancel my Personal plan subscription, but after performing the specific operation, I found that only the Personal plan was deleted and the subscription was not canceled. According to the policy, the domain name is paid for, but the price difference will be refunded. Therefore, I am seeking help to restore the domain name and cancel the Personal plan subscription.

I checked your account and noticed that you canceled the subscriptions after the refund period, which is why no refund was issued. To clarify, our refund period is 96 hours for domain registrations and 14 days for the yearly WordPress.com plans.
A full refund is issued if you cancel within the refund period of 96 hours if you registered a domain. If you cancel after 96 hours but within 14 days, we keep the price of the domain registration (which is otherwise included in the first year’s WordPress.com plan price) and refund the remaining amount.
In this case, when you canceled the subscriptions, both the domain and the Personal plan were out of the refund period. That’s why you didn’t receive a refund.
