    Hi!
I have been using he $99 version of WordPress the last year (or, turns out I haven’t been using it so much). Paying for wordpress is justifies for me anymore…

I therefore do not want to renew this version (you can downgrade me to a free version of you want).

    Thank you.

…I now managed to turn off auto-renewal, but discovered that I have already been billed for the next year!

How can I get this refunded???

    Hi Ana Lucia,

I can refund that renewal for you. However, since your domain analumusic.com was also renewed as part of the WordPress.com Premium plan, you have two choices:

    1. I can cancel everything (including the domain analumusic.com) and issue a full refund for that renewal payment. Please keep in mind that canceling a domain means you give up ownership of that domain name. The domain name may not be released immediately, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to register it again in the future.

    2. I can cancel the WordPress.com Premium plan but leave the domain so you can keep using it, and issue a refund of $73 ($99 minus $26 for the cost of your domain registration and private registration for analumusic.com).

Please let me know which option you’d prefer and I can take care of that for you. :)

Thanks for replying. I am going to go with option 1 cancel everything.

    Hi Analu,

Sure thing! I just cancelled everything in the WordPress.com Premium plan (including the domain analumusic.com) and issued you a full refund for the renewal. Refunds usually appear in your bank account within the next 10 business days.

You can now access your site at its free WordPress.com address here: http://analumusic.wordpress.com/

Please let me know if I can do anything more to help!
