I love the idea of your site, but I am sorry, please, would you cancel my subscription.
I am finding the system to be too difficult for me to handle, as I am not a technical person.
I need help but am finding it very difficult to get in touch. Therefore, please would you cancel my subscription and domain request. Thank you.

Not to worry. The upgrade is absolutely canceled and the payment refunded. I’m not sure why you got that message, but my view of your account shows that things are correct.

I’m afraid that link goes to your private email. I cannot see it.
Your account does not have any new activity. You have logged in (obviously to post here), but nothing else has happened.
I would chalk that email up as just something that got delivered late or a glitch. If you see anything else, please let me know.
