Cancel subscription and refund error

    Hi,

    Trying to cancel a subscription for a premium plan and be refunded. I’d like to cancel my entire subscription, including the domain name, but I would still like to use ‘adventureswithagourmand.wordpress.com’.

    Hello Su,

    Your free address, adventureswithagourmand.wordpress.com, is yours forever, and cancelling your upgrades won’t affect that address at all. The only thing that can affect that address is if you change or delete it from your site settings page.

    The domain that will be cancelled with the plan is your custom domain, adventureswithagourmand.com.

    However, you should also be able to cancel the plan while keeping the custom domain active if you prefer.
