Cancel Subscription and refund failed

  I want to cancel my subscription and refund. But failed to do so. I was told to contact support. I already delete the service.

  Hi salmanhudaya,

  I see you have already cancelled the Personal plan. I’ve issued a refund for that amount and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement but international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer to arrive.
