Cancel subscription and retain refund

    I have just noticed a payment has been taken from my bank account. I was unaware that my account was set up for auto renewal. So I have logged in and cancelled the subscription and as I would not be using the account I would like to retrieve my refund please for money taken.

    We’ve already issued a refund for your plan, and I’ve not refunded the domain portion as well. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
