Cancel Subscription (Domain Mapping)

  I am hoping to cancel my Domain Mapping subscription here (but keep the free WP site services). The renewal went through already Dec 18, 2016. But today is Jan 10, 2017…I have a few more days before the 30 day marker. I did submit the cancellation, however I received a red message at top right of my screen stating: 500 status code for ‘POST /upgrades/4129236/cancel’
  What does this mean?? Did it not go through? Hopefully someone can help me understand what this is and if I need to try again to resolve with WP.

  I checked and the refund did not initially go through, but not a problem! I have canceled your subscription for Domain Mapping for theaggregatedepartment.com and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
