  Hi there, I wish to cancel my Block Shop suscription. Suscription management is not available after singing in. Please kindly assisit. Thank you.

  This is because you haven’t verified your account’s email yet, so essentially the account hasn’t been created.

  If you visit https://woocommerce.com/my-account/my-subscriptions/ you should see an option to resent that verification email.

  Once verified, you’ll be able to manage your subscriptions there.
