  Hello I want to cancel the request for improvement and receive my reimbursement, because I’m not happy with the service offered!

  What sort of improvement are you asking about?
  Is it a WordPress.com upgrade?

  Volunteers in the forum can’t give refunds for upgrades. Only staff can, and they will be back on the 19th. Contact them then.
