  Hi there – I’d be happy to refund your Value Bundle for you. Since you’ve registered a domain name using it, there are two ways we can proceed:

  1) I can refund your entire Value Bundle purchase, including your domain karml.net . This will lead to a total refund of $99. Your domain will become unavailable for several weeks; after this period, anyone may purchase the domain name. If you’d like a complete refund, and are okay with the prospect of potentially losing karml.net, this is the way you’ll want to proceed.

  2) If you want to keep your domain, I can refund your Value Bundle purchase, less the domain registration fee. This will lead to a total refund of $81. You will be able to continue to use your domain name, karml.net, or you can point it to another host.
