    Please cancel our contract. I have paid $60 on 30 JAN18 via Paypal
    But I am not able to use. Very complicated and difficult.

    Please don’t post transaction IDs in the forum. That is information that can be used by someone to gain access to your account and should never be posted publicly.

    We refund all upgrades if requested within 30 days, but in this case it’s not possible for us to refund you, as you have disputed the payment with PayPal instead of asking us for a refund. If you dispute a payment you’re actually accusing us of fraud, and the payment is frozen pending an investigation.

    We also get fined by PayPal, which is why your site is now disabled pending payment of a chargeback fee. You can read our full policy on chargebacks and disputes here:

    If you cancel the dispute with PayPal we might still be able to refund you ourselves and remove the lock from your site. But if you don’t cancel the dispute you’ll need to wait for PayPal to finish their investigation into the chargeback, and they’ll only refund you once they’re done. This could take eight to twelve weeks.

    I did not know this is the forum and people look at. Sorry for this.

    So for me, maybe too much of all. I could not find any contacting details on the WEB…
    I do know what should I do now.
    and of course I will cancel disputing.

    Also please confirm if you want to cancel the domain, japaneselanguage-yuko.com. If you cancel it, you might not be able to use it again somewhere else, so I need to make sure.
