  I would like to cancel the upgrade for this website.

  I would like to keep the website with the free plan

  I am not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com account that you are posting from.

  Also, http://naturalimpressiondesign.com/ (magnacartainvitations.com) is a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which we really can’t help with.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/
