The link provided in my email link is broken. When I click on the link it says are you sure you want to . . .? But nothing else there is no yes or no option. The answer is yes, so please help me.

I’ve cancelled your Custom Design upgrade and issued a $30 refund. It can take 1-2 weeks for a refund to be reflected on your account.
