    Please – I’m trying to cancel my word press account and get an automated email saying to ‘type my response above the line’ which I’d be happy to do, but my cursor doesn’t go there – is there something else I can do to stop you from using my credit card for a service I’m not using?

    I can see that we refunded $48.00 on 2019-02-22. Is this what you’re asking about? That money should reach you with in 10 days. If there is a delay, then you’ll need to ask your bank about their specific processing times.
