  Hi there,

  I haven’t used wordpress for a few years now. I no longer own the domain that I once had connected to the site here. So I hope you can understand that I was surprised to see my paypal charged $57.82 on February 13th and $26 on February 15th for renewal of the wordpress premium plan. WordPress is a great site building platform. I may use it again someday but I’m not planning on using wordpress at this time so can I please get a refund of the charges that deducted from my checking account via paypal. I can’t find any way of turning off automatic deductions through wordpress. If I could have found that I would have do it years ago. Thank you for your understanding.

  Can you check that you are logged into the correct account that the charges apply to? You should be able to request a refund via the “Manage Purchases” page https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/ but I have added the modlook tag to the box on the right to ask if a staff member can hopefully assist you with a refund and disable the automatic renewal if you cannot.

  Not a problem! I have canceled your subscription for WordPress.com Premium and your domain registration and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
