Cancel wordpress upgrade

  I have tried to cancel my upgrade on wordpress multiple times. It keeps saying it cannot fulfill request I am within the 30 day period. Would like upgrade canceled asap. Thank you.

  I have processed that refund for you and removed WordPress.com Premium from your account. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.

  They only refunded me 86 dollars. I was told it would be a full refund. I cancelled within the first 24 hours.

  So it appears that the refund was processed in two parts for some reason. Could you keep an eye out for a second refund of the remainder?
