Cancelación paquete wordpress

Hola estoy realizando la cancelación, pero no me llega ningún correo para efectuar el reembolso.

You successfully cancelled your WordPress.com Premium upgrade, except for your domain mapping upgrade for the domain marketinclusion.com. We issued you a refund for €69, which is the cost of Premium minus the domain mapping charge. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
If you would like to also cancel your domain mapping upgrade (and stop using the domain marketinclusion.com with your WordPress.com blog) please let me know. I’d be happy to cancel and refund that upgrade for you, if you want.

Ya he realizado correctamente el reembolso de los 69€. El del mapeo, no lo he realizado por que no se si es necesario o imprescindible.
Tengo contratado por otro lado, el dominio y el hosting. He instalado wordpress.org en mi servidor, pero no visualizo la web. Aparece un mensaje como si todavía no estuviera en línea. ¿Qué puede estar pasando?

If you are using your own web hosting with the WordPress.org software, you don’t need any upgrades here at WordPress.com. I just cancelled and refunded your domain mapping upgrade for you.
You only need upgrades here at WordPress.com if your site is hosted at WordPress.com. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different entities, and you can read more about that here if you are interested: WordPress.com and WordPress.org
