  I cannot cancel my subscription until next August 2025, which means I have to pay another £100 in July 2025. I am not using website.

  It sounds like you do not want to renew after August. Subscriptions are renewed 30 days in advance which is why you see a charge upcoming in July. You can turn off auto-renewal instead so that the charge doesn’t go through.
