cancelation and full refund

Hi, i bought my domain registration through godaddy, i then thought that wordpress was a website builder so purchased to plan, but when i type in my website it redirects me to godaddy i would like a full refund and cancellation of this plan, so i can purchase a wordpress through godaddy. Hi there,
It looks like you already cancelled your plan and we have issued a full refund. You should receive it in about 10 business days, depending on your bank.
The reason your domain didn’t work was because you had bought both a domain mapping and a site redirect upgrade on your site. Those two upgrades are exact opposites, so would have prevented your domain from working.
To use a GoDaddy domain with WordPress.com you need to 1) have a mapping upgrade on your site here, and 2) point the domain’s name servers to us from GoDaddy’s end.

WordPress is free software. You cannot buy it anywhere. You download it for free from the WordPress.org website.
What you buy from GoDaddy when you buy a WordPress plan is hosting, i.e. space on their servers where you can install and run the WordPress software to create your website.
