Canceled and not credited?

    Good morning,
    I was notified today that an auto withdrawal came out when this was canceled right after purchase noticing this wasn’t the right fit from the beginning. I should have been credited the back all the original fees and payments. I have never used this account. Please please cancel and resend my money back.
    I never even noticed that it didn’t go back into my account as I thought it happened right away….
