Canceled domain and plan but only refunded plan?

  I canceled both my domain purchase and personal plan, but only my plan is being refunded. Who do I need to contact to get the domain purchase refunded?

  Hi there,

  For new domain registrations, you must cancel within 48 hours of purchase to receive a refund. Since you canceled it 18 days later you’re outside of the refund window period.
