Canceled renewal after 14 days; want refund

My plan auto-renewed last month, but it doesn’t go into effect for a few days. I’m transferring my service, so I’d like it refunded. However, as I’m trying to cancel WordPress, I’ve canceled my various subscriptions. Now that it’s on the ‘free’ plan (literally as of about 15 minutes ago), it won’t let me talk to anyone. Does anyone have a support email or phone number?
