    I am trying to cancel but it does not seem to be working. I was trying to get the 14 day free trial.

    I’d be happy to cancel/refund this for you, but please note that you can get a full refund within 30 days (except for a custom domain name which has a refund period of 2 days). Do you want to take advantage of all the other upgrades of Premium such as Custom Design, VideoPress, No Ads, and the extra space before you decide to completely cancel?
