Canceling a pending auto upgrade

  I’m getting an email talking about a pending upgrade, and when I check my upgrades on my dashboard I see no section to cancel any upgrade. Really don’t want to be billed for an auto renewed upgrade that I can’t control.

  Hi there,

  I checked WordPress.com records for your account, and I don’t see any pending upgrade renewals. You do have a custom domain upgrade that was auto renewed in August, which you can manage on your My Upgrades page here:

  If that isn’t the upgrade mentioned in the email you received, I’d be happy to investigate further! Can you just let me know what upgrade was mentioned in the email and what WordPress.com site it is connected to? That will help me look it up in our system for you.
