Canceling a theme

  How do I cancel a theme? When I click the Cancel option on the My Upgrades page, a small box appears. But there is no text or any buttons that will allow me to submit the cancellation request

  I’ve issued a refund for that theme. Please note that it can take up to a week for the refund to appear on your statement.
