Canceling and deleting Videopress

  I want to cancel and delete Videopress, but I do not see an option to do so under “My Upgrades.” I also did not authorize for this to renew automatically, yet it did, and I would like a refund.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I have processed that refund for you and canceled VideoPress. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
