Canceling Customer Subscription

I have a client that paid for a subscription on my website and would like to cancel it. I tried everything I could think of including deleting their account but she is still getting billed. How do I make it so they aren’t getting billed?

They are getting charged through Stripe. Do I need to talk with them? I assumed since the membership was created on my website I would have to cancel their account on my site.
