Canceling email.

Hello, I acepted the trial premium upgrade for 13 days today, and I wanted to cancel. I wrote a brief explanation why but I haven’t received the email, I already checked the spam folder and basically every folder. I don’t want to be charged 99 dollars because I never received an email.
Can you please help me out?
