Hi there,
I would be happy to assist you in cancelling your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into canceling the subscription purchase.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!

I don’t have any other accounts. I don’t know why it’s not appearing here. When I log in, it shows the URL that i purchased…

Okay, I see the issue here – it’s a rare issue that we come across. Do you remember having the account name glamosity? It is technically a different account than your flairosity, but technically has the same gmail account. The issue is that for one of the emails you have + in the email and the other one you don’t. Gmail recognizes it as the same email, but our system did not.
If you remember how to log in using glamosity, that is where you upgrades are located. If not, I will email you and we can get this sorted out so that you can access the email.
Thanks!

I was able to log in. It shows my billing history and shows the upcoming renewal charge but under purchases, it says I don’t have a site.

I can transfer the site over if you want or I can transfer the upgrade over. That way, everything is under one account for you. Let me know how you would like for me to proceed.
Thanks!

Hey there!
I have moved everything over to your flairosity account. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

Thank you! I still don’t see the option the cancel. It just says it will be removed in a month. Does that mean it will not be automatically renewed? Thank you for your help!

Hi there,
There is no auto renew data on file for the upgrades, so you will not be charged. Thanks!
