    Hi there,

    From what I can see you have been refunded in full for your recent cancellation.

    If I can ask, what prompted your cancellation? Was your intent to use your domain with a different hosting provider?

    One thing to be aware of is that because this is a new domain, and the cancellation was recent, the domain will go on sale again, but there is a 5 day delay before it is available.

    I can recover the domain here, but you will not be able to transfer it. If you plan to use it with another provider I would instead recommend you wait the 5 days to end, at which point the domain will be available for purchase anywhere that domains are sold to the public.
